The Physical Therapist is responsible for conducting patient evaluations, assessments, and treatments according to individualized care plans. They must also maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
Candidates must hold a valid professional license in the state of practice and be a graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program. Foreign-trained applicants must have their credentials deemed equivalent to U.S. entry-level standards by an APTA-approved organization.
