U.S. Oral Surgery Management

The Oral Surgery Technician will assist surgeons during consultations and procedures while monitoring patient vitals and anesthesia. They are also responsible for maintaining a sterile clinical environment, managing surgical instruments, and providing pre- and post-operative patient guidance.
Candidates should have at least one year of dental or oral surgery experience and possess Radiology, CPR/BLS, and NH OPLC Medical Technician certifications. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work across two office locations are essential for this role.
Full-time, 36–40 hours per week (Monday–Friday) What You’ll Do Surgical & Clinical Support Assist the surgeon during consultations and surgical procedures Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments and equipment are ready Monitor patients during anesthesia procedures and take vital signs Ensure all consent forms and treatment plans are complete and accurate Patient Care Guide patients through pre-operative and post-operative instructions Obtain and track medical clearances as needed Deliver a high level of compassionate, patient-centered care Compliance & Safety Follow OSHA, infection control, and radiation safety protocols Capture high-quality radiographs using proper techniques and positioning Documentation & Organization Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and charting Ensure proper documentation in compliance with practice standards Equipment & Sterilization Clean, sterilize, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment Ensure all tools are functioning and procedure-ready Team Collaboration Build positive relationships with patients and team members Communicate clearly and professionally in a fast-paced environment Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts What We’re Looking For Required/Preferred Experience At least 1 year of dental assisting or oral surgery experience preferred Skills & Attributes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic clinical setting Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and professionalism Certifications & Requirements Radiology Certification CPR/BLS Certification NH OPLC Medical Technician License (or ability to obtain upon hire) Hepatitis B vaccination & titer TB test/clearance DAANCE Certification (preferred, not required) Why Join Us?
