The GI technician assists surgeons during endoscopic procedures and ensures the proper cleaning and maintenance of medical instrumentation. They also manage patient flow, room turnover, and perform necessary clerical and stocking tasks.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a BLS certification. Two years of experience in endoscopy is preferred.
