The Registered Nurse provides specialized care to adults in a 24-hour behavioral health crisis stabilization setting, including medication monitoring and physical health assessments. They also facilitate wellness groups, deliver strength-based treatment interventions, and coordinate care with outpatient providers.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold a valid Massachusetts RN license. One year of experience in an acute mental health or dual diagnosis setting is preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support our Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) team. In this role, you’ll provide specialized care to adults in a 24-hour crisis stabilization setting that serves as a medically necessary, less restrictive, and voluntary alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization.
The CCS unit offers individuals access to our newly renovated 10 on-site beds during times of crisis where the length of stay is generally 3 to 5 days but is flexible to meet individual needs.
Part time 16 hours/week
Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
