Requires graduation from an accredited assistant program and current state licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist Assistant. A high school diploma or equivalent is also required.

Provides patient care and patient related activities as directed by the Staff Therapist and in accordance with established medical practices, governmental requirements and Company policies and procedures.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of an accredited Assistant Program Successful completion of certificate/state licensure process for Physical or Occupational Therapy Assistants High school diploma or equivalent required.
