The Patient Care Assistant provides direct support to patients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding. They also assist nursing staff by monitoring vital signs, preparing patient rooms, and recording intake and output.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and meet specific clinical criteria, such as being a Certified Nursing Assistant or having completed nursing fundamentals. Additionally, a CPR certification from the American Heart Association is required within 30 days of hire.

Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Market Manager of Imaging Services, you will strategically oversee the application of diagnostic imaging technology and ensure adherence to all regulatory standards for the St. Rose Dominican Hospital system. Reporting to the Nevada Market Director of Radiology and Diagnostic, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating policies and protocols to enhance the quality of our imaging services and boost customer satisfaction throughout different departments. This leadership role is crucial for maintaining a safe environment for patients, staff, and the public within our Radiology-Diagnostic department. Every day you will manage a dedicated team of three direct reports and approximately 190 FTEs, focusing on performance management, staff selection, training, and effective communication to foster a high-performing department. You'll ensure the safety of all diagnostic imaging service activities, actively contributing to a secure and effective operational environment. Your efforts will directly impact the efficiency and quality of our imaging practices, ensuring they align with best practices and customer needs. To be successful in this role, you will bring substantial experience in managing imaging services within a healthcare setting, coupled with a deep understanding of relevant diagnostic imaging technologies and radiology protocols. Candidates should possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in staff development and quality improvement initiatives. Job Requirements Required Bachelors Degree or a combination of education and/or additional imaging-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree, and Three (3) years of diagnostic imaging experience, and Two (2) years of experience managing/supervising in a related imaging field Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR) upon hire, and Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT (RTR) upon hire, or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) upon hire, or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) upon hire Complex, abstract problem solving capabilities to maintain system-wide functions Preferred Five (5) years of diagnostic imaging experience Three (3) years of experience managing/supervising in a related imaging field Demonstrated experience in a complex hospital, acute care, trauma center or stroke center Knowledge and oversight of multiple imaging modalities (MRI, CT, Ultrasound, etc) #LI-DH
