The PACE Occupational Therapist evaluates, assesses, and implements therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' functional independence. They are also responsible for completing occupational therapy assessments and reassessments as part of the interdisciplinary team care planning process.
Candidates must have a Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy and at least one to two years of experience, including working with a frail or elderly population. They must also meet specific compliance requirements regarding criminal offenses and program exclusions.
