• Summary: We are hiring an LMFT to provide counseling services through a fully remote platform. This role focuses on helping clients address behavioral patterns, emotional concerns, and family-related stressors through consistent, guided sessions.

Responsibilities

Deliver counseling services via secure video sessions Evaluate client needs through intake and ongoing sessions Create and adjust individualized care plans Document sessions in accordance with clinical guidelines Monitor outcomes and client engagement Maintain professional standards in all interactions Active LMFT license in Nebraska Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field Experience working with relational or family-based cases Ability to manage a consistent remote caseload Strong written and verbal communication skills 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical perspective into a setting where your work directly improves how people relate and connect.
