Full-Time Remote LMFT – Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Job Information Location: Massachusetts Work Setting: Remote mental health / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Pay: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary This remote LMFT role is for a licensed therapist who is comfortable providing structured therapy through virtual care. The position involves working with clients who need support with marriage and relationship concerns, family stress, parenting challenges, anxiety, grief, conflict, and emotional adjustment. You will spend your day providing scheduled therapy sessions, documenting care, reviewing treatment progress, and helping clients build healthier patterns in their relationships and daily lives.

Responsibilities

Provide telehealth counseling to clients located in Massachusetts Support individuals, couples, and families through relationship and mental health concerns Review client history, current symptoms, and therapy goals during intake sessions Plan treatment using appropriate clinical methods and client feedback Assist clients in improving communication, emotional awareness, and conflict resolution Complete progress notes and treatment plan updates in the required system Follow ethical guidelines for virtual therapy, confidentiality, and client safety Participate in care coordination when clinically appropriate Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active and unrestricted LMFT license in Massachusetts Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms Strong clinical documentation and communication skills Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting Must have reliable internet and a private workspace for virtual sessions $115,000–$120,000 per year Full-time remote position 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Monday–Friday schedule Stable telehealth caseload If you are ready for a stable remote LMFT position with strong pay, full benefits, and meaningful clinical work, this could be a strong next move in your therapy career.
