Salary Range: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

Provide remote counseling services to clients through video-based therapy sessions Evaluate client concerns and determine appropriate counseling goals Create and maintain individualized treatment plans Support clients working through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma-related concerns, relationship stress, and life changes Document session notes, assessments, progress updates, and treatment plan changes Use sound clinical judgment when assessing risk, progress, and care needs Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA-compliant telehealth practices Keep sessions organized, professional, and client-centered Participate in care-related communication when needed to support continuity of services Active Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC license in Virginia Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field Experience providing counseling or psychotherapy to adults, families, or individuals Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems Strong written documentation skills Ability to work independently in a remote clinical environment Must be able to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality in virtual care $115,000–$120,000 per year Full benefits package 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Remote work setting Stable full-time schedule If you are looking for a Virginia LPC role that allows you to provide steady, meaningful therapy from a remote setting, submit your resume for consideration.
