The Registered Nurse is responsible for ensuring all activities align with the company vision while maintaining patient and staff privacy according to HIPAA. This includes assuming primary responsibility for a caseload by assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating the patient's plan of treatment during home visits.
Candidates must possess a current, unrestricted state RN license and have at least one year of experience in a clinical care setting. Applicants must also have a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and be willing to travel up to 50% within the branch coverage area.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Case Manager Malden Territory / Full Time Schedule If you’ve ever felt stretched too thin managing a high caseload, this is the role designed to fix that.
