The nurse is responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. They also coordinate nursing care and collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient outcomes.
The role requires a Registered Nurse capable of managing adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients with acute and chronic conditions. Candidates must be proficient in clinical nursing practices and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Population Served: Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric patients with acute and chronic conditions/diagnosis requiring medical intervention.
