We are a growing company looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our therapy team in the community of Tyler, MN. Job Title: Staff Physical Therapist Location: Avera Tyler Healthcare Center Position type: Full-time, benefited, 1.0 FTE Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.

Settings

• This position will treat patients in a variety of settings including home health, outpatient, SNF/LTC, and hospital inpatient. Caseload could be adjusted to suite your treating preferences.

Requirements

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist program. They must have, or be eligible for, PT licensing in Minnesota.
