The Recovery Specialist provides direct supervision and maintains a structured, safe environment for clients in a residential setting. They also facilitate non-clinical groups, assist with transportation, and ensure all documentation meets agency and licensing standards.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma and a current CPR certification. At least one year of 12-Step fellowship experience is required, with preference given to those with prior experience in the treatment industry.
