• Summary: We’re hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time weekday position. In this role, you will evaluate patients, provide treatment, and help individuals improve their ability to move, work, and complete daily activities. You’ll be part of a clinical setting where patient care is organized, focused, and outcome driven.

Responsibilities

Assess patient needs, limitations, and therapy goals Develop personalized rehabilitation programs Provide guided exercise, stretching, and mobility treatments Use manual therapy techniques when appropriate Monitor patient improvement and update plans as needed Educate patients on safe movement and at-home exercises Complete documentation according to clinical standards Doctor of Physical Therapy degree Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license Experience in outpatient or rehabilitation care preferred Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Ability to work well with patients and clinical staff PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Step into a steady full-time role where your clinical skills help patients regain confidence in movement.
