• Summary: We are looking for a Physical Therapist to support patients recovering from injuries, surgery, pain, and movement limitations. This role gives you time to assess each patient properly, build a clear care plan, and guide treatment with a one-on-one approach.

Responsibilities

Complete patient evaluations and functional assessments Create treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and manual therapy Track patient progress and update care plans as needed Teach patients safe movement and home exercise programs Document visits, progress notes, and treatment updates Communicate with the care team when needed Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active Physical Therapist license in Washington Outpatient experience preferred Strong assessment and patient communication skills PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your PT skills to a role where patients are seen, heard, and supported one visit at a time.
