• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy services through a remote telehealth model. In this role, you will support clients through structured clinical sessions, help identify treatment goals, and provide practical support for mental health and emotional concerns.

Responsibilities

Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients Complete intake interviews and clinical assessments Create individualized treatment plans Provide counseling for common mental health concerns Track client progress and make treatment updates Maintain timely session notes and clinical records Follow telehealth privacy and security requirements Use professional judgment when addressing risk concerns Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker license Clinical experience providing therapy to adults, families, or varied client populations Strong understanding of assessment, treatment planning, and documentation Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Reliable internet connection and private workspace Ability to work independently while staying clinically organized Excellent communication and professional judgment $115,000–$120,000 annual salary Health Insurance 2 weeks PTO 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are an experienced LCSW looking for a stable remote opportunity, this role offers a clear path to continue meaningful clinical work.
