You will conduct patient evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy sessions. Additionally, you will document treatment progress and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
Candidates must hold a current Michigan Physical Therapist License. Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care are required, with new graduates encouraged to apply.
Location: Lansing, MI – On-site outpatient clinic Position Type: Full-Time (flexible PRN and Part-Time schedules also available) Start Date: Immediate Opening What you'll do As a Physical Therapist at Peak Performance Physical Therapy, you will: Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans. Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy sessions focused on orthopedic rehab, post-surgical rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, and strength/conditioning. Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients of all ages. Document treatment progress accurately and efficiently. Participate in community wellness initiatives, patient education, and outreach programs. Collaborate closely with a supportive team of PTs, PTAs, techs, and administrative staff.
