Provide direct physical care and basic nursing procedures to medical and surgical patients in an inpatient unit. Assist with activities of daily living, patient mobility, and perform clinical tasks such as 12-lead ECGs while engaging with patients and families.
Must be a graduate of a State of Wisconsin approved Nurse Aid Training Program and listed on the State of Wisconsin Nurse Assistant/Home Health Aid Registry. One year of recent experience as a Nursing Assistant is preferred, and BLS/CPR certification is required within 3 months of hire.
.60 FTE, 24 hours/week. This is an Evening/Night position with variable (8) eight and (12) twelve-hour shifts: Primarily 7:00pm-7:30am. 1 in 3 weekends and Holiday rotation required. Hours may vary based on operational needs of department.
