The Field Chaplain provides spiritual care assessments and develops interdisciplinary plans for hospice patients and their families. They also facilitate community spiritual support, provide crisis intervention, and supervise spiritual care volunteers.
Candidates must hold a Master of Divinity and be a member of the College of Chaplains with one unit of completed CPE. A valid driver's license and previous experience in hospice or healthcare settings are also required or preferred.
