Where You’ll Work St. Catherine Hospital – Dodge City, is a Joint Commission accredited 99-bed hospital that serves as a regional referral center for southwest Kansas. Acute care is at the heart of what we do. St. Catherine Hospital – Dodge City provides health services that include diagnostics and interventional cardiology and cardiac rehabilitation. We combine patient-centered care with modern technology and medical expertise to treat a wide range of medical conditions. Job Summary and Responsibilities Qualified external applicants with at least six months of direct RN experience are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus!

As our Medical Surgical Nurse at St. Catherine Hospital - Dodge City, you’ll excel in your nursing career by providing care to patients admitted to our unit. Most of your patients are funneled in from other units providing you with the opportunity to build on your education and experience in specialized service lines such as cardiac, telemetry, orthopedics, neurology, critical care, surgical services, and emergency. As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will assume responsibility and accountability for: Facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient. Promote the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act.
