The Restorative CNA is responsible for monitoring resident progress, maintaining accurate records, and following individualized care plans. They work closely with the facility staff to motivate residents and assist them in achieving restorative goals through quality care.
Candidates must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State of Florida. Proficiency in technical nursing assistant skills and a professional, energetic, and reliable demeanor are required.

Qualifications Of A Restorative CNA: Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing by the State of Florida. Must be proficient in performing technical skills required of a nursing assistant. Must be energetic, professional, and reliable.
Responsibilities Of A Restorative CNA: Reports to and performs duties assigned by restorative nursing supervisor. Maintain residents’ records; monitor daily progress and follow care plans. Motivate residents to participate in and complete restorative programs. Works closely with all aspects of facility staff to accomplish restorative goals, while creating a positive and uplifting environment for all. Maintain equipment and supplies for treatment. Understands the importance of providing quality care by following instructions and paying attention to the finer details. Keeping our residents safe by following proper infection control policies and procedures is our number one priority! Uses innovative thinking to achieve their own personal goals and encourages residents to do the same. From baby steps in rehabilitation of motor skills to finding joy in each day, our CNA’s help create meaningfulness in our resident’s lives.
