Job Summary We are seeking part-time Caregivers (with the possibility to transition to full-time) to join our team. Bilingual (English and Spanish) applicants are preferred, but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.
In this role, the Caregiver - Direct Support Professional (DSP) plays a vital part in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. Working closely with the care team and family members, this individual provides hands-on assistance that promotes independence, dignity, and overall well-being. Responsibilities include supporting activities of daily living, facilitating community engagement, and assisting with health and safety needs in alignment with each individual’s care plan. In addition, the DSP helps maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment that enables individuals to thrive both at home and in the community.
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
