The physician will provide comprehensive patient care in an outpatient clinic setting, managing a diverse patient population and coordinating care across settings. Responsibilities include diagnosis, treatment, and participation in quality improvement initiatives while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree and be credentialed by the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board or Minnesota Board of Medical Practice. Advanced Life Support certification is preferred for this role.

How you’ll make an impact in this role This is an exceptional opportunity for a Family Practice Physician to join a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. One or more of the following required: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Advanced Life Support preferred.
