The clinical pharmacist will deliver comprehensive pediatric medication therapy management as part of an interdisciplinary inpatient care team. They will also participate in bedside medical emergencies, precept students, and contribute to the development of clinical practice guidelines.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or PharmD degree and have at least one year of clinical patient care experience. Completion of an ASHP-accredited residency is preferred, along with relevant state licensure and life support certifications.
100% FTE; Night Shift. 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Seven days on, seven days off rotation. Hours may vary based on the operational need of the department.
