The orthopedic surgeon will evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions while performing surgical and non-surgical procedures. They are also responsible for providing inpatient and outpatient care and collaborating with other medical staff to maintain hospital quality and safety standards.
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery. Additionally, they must possess or be eligible for a Texas medical license and a DEA license.
