Salary
$100 - $130 / HOUR
The physician will conduct thorough annual assessments and provide counsel to patients on their health concerns. They will document care delivered and create follow-up care programs through shared decision-making.
Candidates must be board certified in Internal, Family, or Emergency Medicine and hold a current unrestricted state license. Experience in Preventive Medicine and/or Occupational Health is preferred.

The rate for this role is $100 - $130 per hour and is determined by a number of factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications and skills.
