The audiologist will define patient hearing impairments and balance disorders by administering diagnostic tests and interpreting results. They are also responsible for providing treatments, fitting hearing aids, and counseling patients on aural rehabilitation.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Audiology program with National Certification and Utah State Licensure. Proficiency in clinical documentation, diagnostic equipment operation, and effective communication with patients and staff is required.
