The Specialty Dental Assistant provides chairside support to doctors, monitors patient well-being, and assists with various dental and orthodontic procedures. They are also responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, managing inventory, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and maintain necessary certifications including CPR and Nitrous Oxide monitoring. Proficiency in dental practice management software and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting and prolonged standing are required.
