The clinician will maintain a billable caseload of 33 hours per week providing individual, group, and family therapy while developing individualized action plans. They will also serve as part of an integrated care team to provide crisis intervention and triage services to clients.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in mental health counseling, social work, or psychology and possess at least one year of experience with substance use and mental health disorders. Licensed candidates must hold an active Massachusetts license, while unlicensed candidates must be eligible for licensure.

As a Mental Health Clinician, you will work with a dynamic clinical care team that is committed to identifying client’s individual needs, working through barriers, and developing proactive strategies. As a Mental Health Clinician, you will provide mental health services that follows a whole-person approach to treat anxiety, depression, self-esteem, school problems, substance use disorders, and a range of other issues.
The Clinician role is a hybrid role, with in office days located at our outpatient clinic in Taunton to conduct in- person sessions, and will be telehealth sessions during work from home days. The schedule is Wednesday - Sunday.
