Provide physical assistance with daily living tasks, personal hygiene, and medication administration for individuals with disabilities. Facilitate community outings and engaging activities while maintaining accurate shift documentation.
Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and reliable transportation. Candidates must be able to work weekends and complete mandatory corporate training.
UCP Heartland is seeking compassionate and committed Residential DSP's (Direct Care Professional) for the following Shift.

Webster groves: Saturday and sunday 8am-4pm
16 Hours Weekly (FF/F)
Provide physical assistance with daily tasks, assist with personal hygiene and facilitate fun activities.
Follow medical orders and administer medications.
Assist with ADL's; Lift and Transfer (including ceiling lifts, repositioning in wheelchair, etc.)
Adaptive transportation.
Shift documentation using Set-Works and general housekeeping.
Most importantly, provide choices to the clients for their daily activities to provide entertainment and community outings.

THIS POSITION REQUIRES 5-7 DAYS OF MANDATORY TRAINING AT OUR CORPORATE OFFICE Monday through Friday 8:45 AM-4:00PM
(Ucp heartland will pay you for the mandatory training)
All ucp heartland schedules/Shifts are awake shifts: Saturday & Sunday 8AM-4PM
