Provide direct and indirect patient care services, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing wound care. Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet the psychosocial and physical needs of patients and their families.
Must hold a current and valid Alabama state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse and a current BLS certificate. Candidates are expected to maintain IV certification within 30 days of hire.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to): Provide direct and indirect patient care services which requires technical and manual skills, within the scope of practice, that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care Meets the communication needs of the patient and family Performs under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse Nurses provide CPR, Patient Care, Update Documentation, Specimens, Wound Care and Vital Signs
