We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of licensed Occupational Therapists to provide quality care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients
• Provide therapeutic interventions to patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist
• Monitor and document patient progress and report to the Occupational Therapist
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and exercises
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) certification
• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and exercises
• Experience working with patients in a healthcare setting
