The Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs imaging and non-imaging procedures using radioactive tracers while ensuring safe handling of materials. They are responsible for operating radiation detection equipment and providing high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital philosophy.
Candidates must hold an associate degree and be a graduate of a JRCERT-accredited radiography program. Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required.
