The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct nursing care, administers medications, and monitors patient vital signs. They also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and supervise Certified Nurse Assistants.
Candidates must hold a valid state LPN license and possess strong clinical skills. A compassionate approach to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment are required.
