What you’ll do

• As a nurse on our team, you will provide hands-on care, administer medications and treatments, and lead the coordination of resident care in accordance with physician orders and organizational policies. You’ll also guide and supervise support staff, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care is consistently delivered. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and implementing restorative nursing measures.
• Organizing and managing the medication cart, verifying start/stop dates, and accurately documenting all medication administration.
• Monitoring resident conditions through daily rounds and maintaining accurate records in resident care plans and charts.
• Supervising QMAs, CNAs, and students; assigning daily duties based on resident needs and staffing levels.
• Ensuring compliance with infection control practices and proper use of equipment.
