The clinical staff pharmacist is responsible for filling medication orders, monitoring patient therapies, and providing drug information. They also supervise support personnel and may assume the pharmacy manager's duties when necessary.
Candidates must hold a B.S. in pharmacy from an accredited college, with a PharmD preferred, and possess or be eligible for an Ohio pharmacist license. Prior hospital pharmacy experience or a PGY1 residency is preferred.

Clinical staff pharmacists fill orders for medications, monitor patient medication therapies, provide drug information, and supervise and direct support personnel. In the absence of the pharmacy manager, a clinical staff pharmacist may be required to assume the essential responsibilities and perform the duties of the pharmacy manager.
