The Activities Assistant creates and facilitates engaging, age-appropriate activities to enrich the lives of residents. They work closely with the care team to ensure residents feel valued and supported in a joyful environment.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED and possess a state-approved Nursing Assistant certification. A commitment to C.A.R.E. values—Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence—is required.
