The physical therapist will provide patient care in a multidisciplinary outpatient clinic, focusing primarily on orthopedic caseloads. Responsibilities include performing systematic patient assessments, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with a team to achieve patient care goals.
Candidates must hold current state licensure or be eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist. A certified BLS or completion within the first 90 days of employment is also required.

Full time physical therapist needed for dynamic, multidisciplinary outpatient clinic. This busy facility has a collaborative, energetic clinic culture and offers various services. Primarily ortho caseload. As a Physical Therapist at one of our Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, you will work with a team of clinicians. Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan. Timely and accurate documentation using Casamba-Web Based documentation and Therapy Source Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately Promoting continuous quality improvement Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed
