Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of relevant experience, or professional certification. Must obtain BLS and Certified Medical Assistant credentials within the specified timeframe.

How you’ll make an impact in this role Coordinate seamless patient visits by preparing treatment environments and conducting initial screenings to ensure every individual feels welcomed and ready for care Capture the patient’s story by accurately documenting vital signs and care journeys, providing the medical team with the high-quality data needed for precise clinical decisions. Facilitate essential treatments by transcribing and processing orders for labs and imaging, ensuring patients receive the follow-up services they need without delay. Support the clinical flow by managing front-of-house communications and maintaining medical supplies so the care team can remain focused on the patient.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
What additional preferences we're seeking Must be willing to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 1+ years of experience.
