The Infusion Registered Nurse is responsible for administering prescribed medications, establishing IV access, and monitoring patient responses to treatment. They also provide patient education, maintain accurate EMR documentation, and ensure a clean, safe environment for infusion therapy.
Candidates must hold an Associate Degree in Nursing and a valid RN license, with at least 3 years of clinical experience in high-acuity settings like ICU or ER. Current BLS or ACLS/PALS certification is required, and proficiency in EMR and computer software is essential.
