Provide daily nursing care to residents and assist with medication administration according to established care plans. Monitor the health status of residents and report any significant changes to the appropriate team members.
Candidates must hold a valid LPN license in the state of Virginia. Experience in assisted living or long-term care settings is preferred, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.
