The therapist provides intensive home and community-based services to children and families to support family preservation and address risks. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, facilitating person-centered planning, and maintaining required direct service hours.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a human service field and possess appropriate licensure in the State of Michigan. A valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle are required for travel to client locations.

The Home Based therapist will provide intensive home and community based services to children and their families with multiple service needs. The focus of treatment is to support and preserve families and provide effective treatment and community supports to address risks that may increase the likelihood of a child being placed outside the home.
