The Andrology Lab Technician is responsible for processing semen specimens for analysis and ART procedures, including cryopreservation and histological identification. They also manage laboratory quality control, equipment maintenance, and the proper handling and documentation of samples.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology or a relevant science field, or possess an MLT ASCP certification. A minimum of one year of laboratory experience is required, with preference given to those experienced in chemistry analyzers and sterile tissue culture techniques.
