The MDS Nurse is responsible for coordinating the development, completion, and transmission of resident assessments in compliance with state and federal regulations. They will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure accurate data entry and support effective resident care planning.
Candidates must hold a current and unencumbered RN license in the state and possess knowledge of long-term care nursing practices and regulations. Professional experience in a behavioral healthcare setting and MDS experience are preferred.

Status: Full time, exempt (salaried) status
Wage Scale: Up to $104,000 per year
Schedule: Primarily Monday through Friday, business hours, with occasional phone coverage on weekends and evenings

As the Full-Time Minimum Data Set Nurse (MDS-RN), you will aid in conducting and coordinating the development, completion, and transmission of the resident assessment in accordance with state requirements and the policies and goals of the facility. Your role will ensure that the MDS process is carried out effectively, supporting the overall care of residents and facilitating compliance with necessary regulations.
