The physician will deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary and preventive care through a mix of in-person, virtual, and telephone visits. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to manage member panels, focus on health outcomes, and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Candidates must hold a current Texas medical license and be board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine. Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and experience or interest in value-based care models are required.
