The Advanced Practice Provider will provide primary care services in an outpatient setting as part of an established clinical team. They will collaborate with physicians to deliver mission-centered care and manage patient health within the local community.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physician Assistant program and hold or be eligible for Florida state medical licensure and DEA registration. A BLS certification is required within 30 days of hire, and one year of experience is preferred.

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Physician Assistant credentialed from the Florida Physician Assistants obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
