The Professional Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care and managing patient outcomes through collaboration with healthcare providers. They are tasked with maintaining comprehensive documentation, promoting safety, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Candidates must be a Registered Professional Nurse with current licensure and CPR/BLS certification. A BSN and previous experience in pediatric or outpatient settings are preferred.
Demonstrates commitment to quality improvement, patient satisfaction, and evidence-based care. Builds positive relationships across departments and with patients and families. Applies critical thinking and clinical judgment in complex environments, managing changing priorities and specialized equipment.
