• Compensation We offer a competitive pay structure that combines hourly pay with significant gratuity potential: Hourly base rate dependent on experience.
• Service Gratuity dependent on treatment $250 credit annually for continuing education Typical total earnings average $70+ per service hour, depending on treatment.

• Therapists are not expected to be trained in all modalities—training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

Current Connecticut Massage Therapy License (required) Strong communication and guest service skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Luxury spa experience preferred, but not required Additional Experience (a plus) Facials, body treatments, or hydrotherapy services

Requirements

Must hold current state certificate. Candidates need not be experienced in all services offered but the more the better. Our spa also offers a full line of facial, tub & body treatments so candidates with additional experience are encouraged to apply. We are looking for enthusiastic people who have excellent customer service skills. Experience in a luxury spa is preferable but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
