The RN Circulator identifies patient needs, plans care, and executes therapeutic nursing interventions within the operating room. They are responsible for evaluating patient responses and ensuring positive outcomes throughout the assigned shift.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current Alabama or multi-state nursing license. Completion of a Perioperative RN program or prior experience as a circulating RN is required.
Education required: Graduate of accredited school of nursing required License, Certification and/or Registration: Current Alabama nursing or eligible multi-state licensure required. BCLS required (must be completed within the provisionary period).
